hbpa creates environmental analyses that provide information about the regional, socio-economic or media context of planned projects, for example in the area of infrastructure. What political conditions am I dealing with in the context of my project? Who are the relevant stakeholders (e.g. citizens' initiatives) and how have they recently positioned themselves in relation to comparable projects? What are the infrastructural conditions? Our analyses provide answers to these questions, which often also include a visualization of local conditions. In addition, the perception of relevant topics and projects in the media, and on relevant social media platforms is analyzed. Recommendations for action and suggestions for addressing stakeholders round off the analyses.

hbpa designs and writes political (or politics-targeted) narratives, position papers, special issues and policy letters in print and online format. Speeches, presentations or letters on special occasions are also created in our "Writer's Room". When it comes to layout and design, we work together with selected creative partners. By creating mailing lists and letters, we also relieve our customers of the distribution of their publications.

To expand our circle of competence partners, we are looking for an expert in the field of digital economy. Relevant knowledge from this sector would be advantageous, for example acquired through a corresponding activity in a company in the IT industry, an association, or also in the political environment. The hbpa competence partners work on a project basis for hbpa as freelancers, for example in new business situations, at workshops, or for long-term (co-)supervision of mandates, especially at the strategic level. The idea of the partnership is also to share skills, expertise, ideas, and networks to the benefit of both sides and to help the partner gain greater visibility.
