Strategy process for a real estate association

For an association in the real estate sector hbpa has designed a strategy process which is supposed to deliver sustainable answers to current and future challenges of the industry, on the basis of a 360-degrees-analysis.
Potential effects of the digital disruption on the customer’s business model and the resulting political as well as regulatory actions needed are all part of the first module. The second module consisted of a strategy workshop on digitalization, organized and moderated by hbpa. On this basis, hbpa issued a so-called “digital-compass” for the client. At the German Real Estate Day (DIT) in Berlin on June 2nd 2017, the "digital-compass" was introduced in front of 1600 participants.
